- Do you want to learn more about using a healthy lifestyle to manage your menopause symptoms?
- Do you need up to date advice on weight management?
- Do you want to know more about bone health in menopause?
- Is it a while since you have had your blood pressure checked?
- Do you have questions about your symptoms?
If the answer is Yes, please come and join our Free evening, which will include short talks from experts including:
- Movement - An Experienced Women's Health Physiotherapist will be talking about the best movement and exercise to do in menopause.
- Nutrition - An Experienced Dietician will give nutrition advice on healthy eating in menopause
- HRT - An Experience Healthcare professional will explain how HRT works
- Q&A - There will be a focused Question and Answer session for any menopause related queries
During the evening there will also be an opportunity for a blood pressure check as well as a short 1:1 discussion around general health promotion.
