Self-taken HPV testing kits
The Government has recently announced that they will be offering self-taken HPV testing kits to people who have not attended their cervical screening appointments. This is great news as it provides opportunity for screening to people who have not been able to have this test.+

It does not replace routine cervical screening (Smear Test) and people with a positive Self taken HPV test will be asked to attend for standard screening.
People who are eligible for the self-taken test will be contacted by NHS England and will be invited to order a kit.
