Further to the current issues being experienced by patients when trying to contact the surgery by telephone, please note that the surgery will lose our main number (01273 588200) for a short period on Wednesday 24 February for some essential works being carried out by our Telephone Company and Line Provider. This outage could last for around 3-4 hours.
During this time could all patents please use the alternative number that has been in place for some time as follows:

We anticipate that these essential works will enable us to revert to using our usual number for all patients in the coming days. We will update this message as we know more.
As before, please keep trying to contact us by phone as, due to Covid restrictions, we would ask that you do not come to the surgery in person unless absolutely necessary.
