Doctor Liam Byrne qualified in London in 1986 and joined Rowe Avenue Surgery in 1992 after undertaking GP training in Suffolk.

Liam is now a salaried GP (as from 1/1/2019)  at the practice and has a special interest in managing diabetes and general medicine.He is also responsible for the training of GP registrars in the practice. He is married to lead practice nurse Janet and has 3 children.

Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family, walking, swimming and church activities.
